Designed by Anton Tkachenko, the Tasso folder from Steel Will Knives is an exercise in artful craftsmanship built for the modern man. Not only is it the first in their lineup to receive the patented Ant-lock treatment, but it is built for the office or camp. Purpose driven with every need an every-day-er or huntsman should encounter. That is the Tasso in its purest form.

Blade: A Bowie-style clip point is ground from premium M390 stainless steel for high performance slicing. Its shape lends itself to any hunter or average Joe's chore. The slicing belly and the fine point will have you covered no matter the situation. A pristine satin finish and smooth upper swedge grind give the Tasso the look and style you're after. Just enough jimping right above the double thumb stud openers means you're in control.

Handle: Smoothed and contoured Black G10 handle scales provide the grip while standing up to the harshest elements. Its form is for your comfort with an elevated choil ending in the slightest guard to shelter your fingers during the toughest jobs. Inside the handle is where all the action happens. The inner Ant-Locking mechanism is truly a labor of love. It operates in conjunction with a hidden back "spring" just below the orange G10 spacer accent; without the need for steel liners ultimately lightening the carry load considerably. Bronze washers around the pivot make for smooth opening and closing. When finished, simply press the ambidextrous stud on either side to release the blade. The Ant-Lock is strong, easy to use and most importantly...fun. Includes an inline post for lanyard attachment.

Bohler M390: Bohler M390 has become an extremely popular choice for high-end user grade knives thanks to its extreme edge retention. M390 also has a good corrosion resistance, meaning most users can avoid problems by simply wiping off their blade after each use. Another great feature of this steel is its ability to resist burr formation during sharpening. Comparable steels are CTS-204P and Duratech 20CV.
