Steven Kelly Gulo Marble Carbon Fiber Folder Nichols Damascus

The Gulo folder from custom maker Steven Kelly out of Bigfork, Montana is for those who like to carry in style. The model is a tactical design with gentleman's outer wear. It is suited with lightweight Marble Carbon Fiber and Chad Nichols stainless damascus.

The Blade: Built from gorgeous swirling Nichols damascus, this spear point was hollow ground by Steve and accented with his Bronze Ti dual thumb stud openers. Action on the blade is smooth and consistent riding along a phosphor bronze pivot. It offers the user just over three inches to work with and looks great. This one is well centered in the closed position.

The Handle: Comfy contoured  marble carbon fiber scales and Zirconium bolsters are secured to thick anodized titanium liners with Steve's TiConnector bronze hardware. He file worked about 80% of the Ti spine's handle and jeweled the inner liners for that custom touch. Very cool accents on this piece including the textured lock recess and cut out used to function the liner locking mechanism. Completely open construction to show off that spine with only three bronze barrel spacers near the end. The Gulo is outfitted with a tip up carry Zirconium pocket clip.
