Designed by Leo Espinoza, the TOPS Knives 3 Pointer makes for an excellent EDC, Fishing, Camping, and Hunting knife with versatile carry options. Perfect for small to medium-sized game as well as a variety of other practical uses, the 3 Pointer can easily replace a daily carry folder thanks to a lightweight and functional design and easy carry. This version comes with a Black Traction coated 1095 carbon steel blade and tan canvas Micarta handle scales.

Blade: Executed in classic TOPS fashion, the full tang blade is made from 1095 high carbon steel with a durable, non-reflective and corrosion resistant Black Traction powder coat finish. At just over 3 mm thick, the flat ground, drop point blade is durable while offering exceptional slicing performance. The plain edge is nearly all belly for optimal performance in skinning tasks and EDC utility. The fine tip pierces and handles detail work with ease.

Handle: Contoured slabs of tan canvas Micarta are attached to the full tang over contrasting red liners, securely attached with black Allen hardware. The deep index choil and spine jimping pair to offer security and control in use. Canvas Micarta provides a secure grip even when wet and is exceptionally durable and resistant to moisture. A distal taper allows for a secure grip with minimal carry profile. A hollow tube is provided for lanyard attachment.

Sheath: Carries via a custom molded Kydex sheath with horizontal carry Beta loops and stainless ball neck chain.

1095 High Carbon Steel: Highly popular, simple carbon steel. Used extensively by both production and custom knife makers. Low abrasive wear due to low carbide content but very tough and easy to sharpen. Not corrosion resistant and will rust without proper care. TOPS utilizes a differential heat treat process which delivers a harder edge and tougher spine.
