TOPS Shirodagga Black G10 1095 Fixed Blade Dagger (5.50" Blade) SHRA-01

The TOPS Shirodagga is a stout double-edged dagger, its 1095 blade ground into a deep recurve behind a reinforced point. Coarse black G10 fills the hand, and a pancake Kydex sheath carries it flat.

• 1095 Double-Edge Recurve Blade - Two live edges run to a reinforced point, the deep recurve between them pulling material into the cut. 1095 is a budget-tier high carbon steel built for toughness, sharpening back on an ordinary stone and wanting oil after use. The black coating is a micro-textured epoxy powder, near fine-grit sandpaper under a thumb.
• Coarse Black G10 Handle over Red Liners - Grooves in the scales give a thumb and forefinger something definite to sit against, over a highly textured surface that bites. An integral guard stands ahead of the grip and keeps fingers clear of the second edge. Red liners sit beneath the Black G10, torx hardware holds it on, and a lanyard hole passes through the end.
• Pancake Kydex Sheath with Rotating Spring Clip - Kydex snaps shut on the knife with an audible click, holding hard enough to want a deliberate pull. The spring steel clip rotates by hand with no tool, so the sheath rides a belt, a vest, or a pack in any direction. A pancake build carries flat, with drainage to keep the sheath from holding water.

The TOPS Shirodagga puts the reach and penetration of a full-size combat dagger into a knife that carries like a backup blade, which is the gap Laci Szabo set out to close. Most defensive fixed blades sit at one end or the other, small enough to hide and too light to matter, or heavy enough to matter and impossible to conceal. The wasp profile splits the difference with a deep recurve that carries material into the edge on a draw, and a blade that widens toward the tip so the point takes a hard thrust without folding. An integral guard keeps the hand off the edge, and a rotating hard kydex sheath comes with the knife for 360 degree carry.
