The TRM Atom in Slate Gray G10 keeps things low-key, a smooth muted-gray scale wrapped around a featherlight titanium frame. The thin Magnacut blade does the talking, slicing clean and staying scary sharp.

• Slate Gray G10 Scales — A muted slate gray gives the Atom an understated, work-ready look. The G10 is finished smooth and contoured in 3D, so it fills the hand and slides in and out of the pocket without snagging.
• CPM Magnacut Blade — Thin, full-flat grinding from one of the most balanced modern steels gives the Atom its folding-scalpel slicing, strong edge holding, and real rust resistance. A 2-stage ceramic tumble finishes the blade with a soft, even sheen.
• Titanium Liners and Hardware — Pocketed titanium liners hold the frame rigid and keep the knife featherlight. The thumb studs and barrel spacers are machined from matching titanium for steady corrosion resistance at every contact point.
• Quick-Swap Scales and Titanium Clip — Two screws on each side release the scales without touching the pivot, and a fresh look takes only a few minutes. A deep-pocket titanium clip carries the knife low and tip-up on the right side.

The TRM Atom

Three Rivers Manufacturing introduced the Atom in 2019, and it became the shop flagship almost overnight. The whole design points at one thing, clean and effortless slicing, and the thin full-flat blade cuts so well that owners nicknamed it the folding scalpel. It runs a liner lock over pocketed titanium liners, with a scale system that swaps out using just a couple of screws and no specialized tools. Every Atom is machined and assembled in the USA, and the country of origin is etched onto each blade.
