Designed by Ferrum Forge Knife Works, the WE Knives Minax is the next in a long of collaborative production knife designs. The iconic Ferrum Forge style is applied to a stout titanium frame lock flipper framework equipped with a robust recurve blade. Executed with WE Knives' typical high-end fit and finish, this version comes with a gray stonewashed CPM-20CV blade and antique bronze anodized titanium handles.

Blade: Riding on a caged ceramic ball bearing pivot the blade deploys fast and smooth via the ambidextrous index flipper or generous blade hole. Heavily stonewashed 20CV is delivered in a drop point profile blade with a plain recurve cutting edge. The recurve design offer plenty of belly for slicing with added control from the index finger choil and jimping on the spine.

Handle: Dual slabs of 6AL4V Titanium are antique bronze anodized and chamfered for a comfortable in hand feel. A streamlined, neutral handle design offers multiple grip positions while milled grooves and textured pockets provide good traction. The frame lock has a hardened steel lock face for smooth, reliable operation and solid lock up. Construction is completed with a matching partial back spacer with jimping.

CPM 20CV: CPM 20CV is a highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless tool steel, an analog to Bohler's M390, and offers some of the best corrosion resistance and wear resistance in combination with a relative ease of sharpening. These properties along with a working hardness in the low 60s HRC make 20CV a prime choice among custom and production makers.
