Zero Tolerance 0316 Black Canvas Micarta CRU-WEAR Liner Lock Knife (3.50" Blade)

The Zero Tolerance 0316 carries the original ZT hard-use build forward in a stout liner lock flipper made for heavier cutting. It pairs a black PVD CRU-WEAR blade with black canvas Micarta scales over steel liners.

• Black PVD CruWear Clip Point - The modified clip point is ground from CPM CruWear, a tool steel prized for toughness that still holds an edge well and sharpens without a fight. Black PVD covers the flats. CruWear is not stainless, so wipe the exposed edge dry and oil it after wet work.
• Black Canvas Micarta and Steel Liners - 3D-contoured black canvas Micarta scales give the handle a textured, grippy surface. Thick steel liners sit underneath as the backbone of the build. One liner bends in behind the blade to form the liner lock.
• KVT Ceramic Bearing Flipper - The blade flicks out on a manual flipper riding ceramic KVT ball bearings. Jimping on the flipper tab and spine gives your finger and thumb something to bite into. The pivot screw takes a 3/16-inch wrench for adjustment.
• Reversible Tip-Up Clip - The skeletonized steel clip rides tip-up and moves to either side of the handle for left- or right-pocket carry. At the rear, the backspacer extends past the scales into a lanyard attachment.

The Zero Tolerance 0316

The 0316 is a ZT Originals design, drawn in-house and made in the USA. It looks back to the hard-use folders that built the Zero Tolerance name, a brand that started with knives for military and first-responder work. ZT built this model around structure rather than shaving weight, with a working grip and military-inspired lines. A deep forefinger groove and a jimped spine give your hand a fixed place to push from when a cut takes real force.
