Zero Tolerance 0393SW Hinderer Sprint S35VN KVT Stonewash Titanium Flipper

The Zero Tolerance 0393 is another quality design collaboration between custom maker Rick Hinderer and ZT. Inspired by the successful Limited 0392 Series, the 0393 titanium frame lock flipper features ergonomic traction-enhancing G10 overlays. It also sports the famous harpoon-style Spanto blade in CPM S35VN for high end cutting performance. In true Hinderer Style the 0393SW is a hard use tactical knife designed for every day carry and use.

The Blade: The blade of the 0393 deploys fast and smooth thanks to the KVT bearing pivot and index flipper. The CPM S35VN blade offers excellent performance in terms of durability, edge retention and corrosion resistance. The Harpoon Spanto grind keeps the blade strong enough for heavy use and looks great with the rugged stone wash finish. Jimping on the spine offers enhanced traction while the index flipper pulls double duty as finger guard.

The Handle: The titanium frame lock is equipped with a hardened steel lock face insert for smooth, solid operation. In this limited offering the titanium frame has a matching stonewashed finish under the textured black G10 overlays. Hinderer-texture G10 paired with aggressive jimping on the bottom and a generous thumb scoop on the top make the handle both secure and ergonomic in the hand. The 0393 is completed with Hinderer-style standoffs and a black coated, reversible (tip-up) stainless steel pocket clip for carry.

CPM S35VN: Designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V, S35VN substitutes niobium for vanadium delivering an increase in toughness of about 15-20% with no appreciable loss of wear resistance. Increased toughness means better resistance to edge chipping. Corrosion resistance is on par with S30V.
