Zero Tolerance 0850CF Sprint Black Carbon Fiber Two-Tone DLC 20CV Folder

The recently retired 0850 was a collaborative design between the brilliant minds of Dmitry Sinkevich and Todd Rexford and is now back for a limited Sprint Run with the same great performance but a different style. You get all the same modern good looks and premium materials: CPM 20CV and Carbon Fiber. This Sprint Run comes with a black Carbon Fiber handle and a two-tone black DLC 20CV blade.

Blade: A bit of a modified Sheepsfoot design with a pronounced point and upper swedge grind. It's crafted from premium CPM-20CV steel known for its excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance with a two-tone finish. The flats on either side are black DLC or Diamond-Like Carbon while the grinds get a pristine machine satin finish creating a stunning profile. A large thumb scoop cut out of the spine allows the user to choke up even further than the thumb ramp for even better control. The 0850CF opens via dual DLC coated aluminum thumb studs that go right along with the pivot and spacer. Silky smooth manual action is ready when you need it.

Handle: Black carbon fiber handle scales are strong, functional, beautiful and light weight and offer a more subdued look than the originals. ZT utilized their patented titanium Sub-Frame Lock mechanism with a hardened steel lockbar insert for some of the finest lockup in the industry. It looks incredibly modern and can be relied upon for many years to come. Black hardware and a black decorative pivot round out the construction along with a turned-aluminum backspacer and a custom-machined titanium pocket clip.

Carries via a right hand, tip-up only, 3D titanium pocket clip.

CPM-20CV: A highly wear resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CPM-20CV offers outstanding corrosion resistance and edge retention while still being relatively easy to sharpen by most accounts. CPM 20CV is similar in performance to Bohler M390 and CTS-204P and offers premium performance in an American made steel.
