Alan Folts Custom Minimalist Modified Wharncliffe is a small everyday carry fixed blade made to be minimal in size (hence the name) while offering maximum function. The lightweight, well-balanced design doesn't take up much space making it a perfect choice for discreet every day carry. This version comes with a polished two-tone, CPM-154 Modified Wharncliffe blade and Blue Custom Acrylic handles.

Blade: With over two inches of cutting edge, this full tang, shallow hollow ground CPM-154 Modified Wharncliffe (more belly) blade comes razor sharp with a robust point for piercing and a shallow hollow ground primary edge for exceptional slicing. The blade has a beautiful two-tone finish with matte grey blasted flats and fully polished grinds for a striking look. The genius of this design is the blade itself is your guard as it comes down much further than the handle for unparalleled security.

Handle: Three deep finger grooves and attached lanyard create a secure and ergonomic grip. The addition of the lanyard extends the 3-finger grip to fill most hands. Polished and contoured Blue pearl Custom Acrylic handle scales are attached via Torx screw hardware over blue liners and provide a secure, high traction grip rounding out the stunning aesthetic of this piece.

Sheath: Includes a custom molded Kydex sheath with paracord neck lanyard, cord lock, bolt-on belt hook and leather belt loop for multiple carry options.

CPM-154: CPM-154 is a particle metallurgy version of 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process providing it with an increase in toughness and easy of finishing. CPM-154 takes a very fine edge and is highly corrosion resistant. Edge retention is going to be on-par with CPM S30V while being easier to resharpen. A great all-around blade steel.
