The Mini Reflex II from Benchmade is an upgraded version of the classic Mini Reflex design. It features a slightly larger button and fires hard with a snappy action thanks to its heavy coil spring. This automatic knife is a great pocket size and makes for an excellent everyday carry option. This version has a coated black plain edge blade.
The Blade: Built from dependable 154CM the Mini Reflex II has a thin drop point profile with a razor sharp cutting edge. It has a black coated blade and locks up securely via the button lock mechanism.
The Handle: The handle of the 2551 is made from two solid pieces of aluminum which have been anodized black with grooves for traction. A secondary safety mechanism is located on the spine of the handle and locks the blade both open and closed for additional security. The whole knife has a wonderful lightweight feel and can easily be carried via the tip up right hand carry clip.
