The Benchmade SlipRidge is a mid-size hunting fixed blade meant to take a field-dressing job from start to finish, while remaining useful for other outdoor chores during the off-season. Built in Oregon City, the blade lands in the sweet spot, a length Benchmade chose to be long enough to break down a large animal and agile enough for close work. Thin stock and a high flat grind make it a slicer first, with a fine tip for opening and a long belly for the pulls that follow.
