Buck General Clip Blade Black Phenolic Fixed 120BKS
Details
The Buck General is a new take on an iconic design from Buck Knives. The General is a beefed up and stretched long clip point 420HC stainless steel blade that resembles none other than the Buck Special hunting knife. A black phenolic handle is comfortable in-hand and also durable to the elements while an aluminum pommel and guard accent each end.
Brand new directly from Buck Knives.
Blade: The large clip point blade is made from Bos heat treated 420HC for exceptional performance with a slicing, satin hollow grind. The fine tip of the clip point paired with the hollow grind delivers powerful piercing as well as enhancing control for fine work.
Handle: Thick black, Phenolic resin scales are securely fit between the guard and pommel end, contoured and polished for a refined look and feel. There are very subtle finger grooves aiding in the overall comfort of the design. Polished aluminum guard and pommel have black accents and elevate the look of the General while offering enhanced balance and security. The rounded butt end makes a smooth resting place for the pinky for added control.
Carries via a black leather sheath with snap closure.
Bos 420HC: Buck's standard blade material approaches the wear resistance of high carbon alloys while delivering the corrosion resistance of a stainless steel. The exclusive Bos heat-treat process delivers a very user-friendly combination of superior corrosion resistance with excellent strength for wear resistance and durability and ease of sharpening. For best performance blades are hardened to a Rockwell hardness of Rc 58.
