Chris Reeve Sikayo 6.5" Chef's Knife

Chris Reeve Sikayo with a stonewash finished 6.5" CPM-S35VN Powder Steel blade. The blade is ground on only one side for exceptional slicing abilities. The cutting edge has a curve to allow cutting with minimal pressure and to facilitate "rocking" for the dicing of vegetables and herbs. Full tang construction with Ultem1000(heavy-duty plastic capable of withstanding extreme temperatures) handle slabs.
