The Ruger Incendiary is a compact tactical folder designed by up and coming US custom maker Robert Carter for a budget friendly and utilitarian performance. Built by CRKT and inspired by Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. Firearms, this tanto is ready for action with a bold, tactical design that is easy to carry for every day use.

Blade: A subtle black stonewashed finish gives the tactical tanto blade a stealthy look. The compound grind of the blade offers a straight edge hollow grind for functional slicing performance with a powerful, saber ground piercing point. The Ruger Logo is proudly displayed on the front. An textured thumb disk deploys the blade on smooth, nylon washers.

Handle: This is a handle in two-part: one side is the stainless steel frame lock in a tumbled black oxide finish and the other is a black hard anodized aluminum scale with aesthetic keyhole and and groove milling. The lock side matches the blade with a dark stonewash finish while the machined grooves add texture and style to the front of the handle. All black hardware rounds out this discreet powerhouse.

Carries via a reversible (tip-up) stainless steel deep carry clip.

8Cr13MoV: Similar to Japanese AUS-8, 8Cr13MoV is a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel with an excellent balance of toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance and is capable of acquiring a razor sharp edge. Edge holding is significantly lower than S30V but close to 440C. Sharpening should be a breeze.
