GiantMouse Knives

Formed over drinks one evening during a US knife show in 2015. Danish custom knife makers Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaes and their friend American entrepreneur Jim Wirth decided to build a better mousetrap, or in this case knife brand. Setting out to provide amazing knife designs at the highest production quality with a fair price the three of them created GiantMouse Knives. Doing all that while remaining closely involved with its community of customers was a high bar but GiantMouse continues to deliver collaborative designs with a high-level form and function that the knife community demands.
