The Heretic Manticore-E is a mid-size, double action, out the front, automatic and the Everyday Carry solution in the Manticore line from Heretic Knives. Retaining the same countered 3D machined, aircraft grade aluminum handles, the Manticore-E offers a secure and comfortable grip with fast, smooth, double-action operation. This limited version comes with a tumbled Black DLC coated MagnaCut double edge blade, satin flats before black ano handles with Gold Dunes Fat Carbon inlays on both the front and back accented with gold TiNi hardware.

Blade: The sleek double edge blade offers balanced performance and durability. Its heavily tumbled black DLC finish offers discreet use and ultimate style. Double action automatic deployment is fast, smooth, and decisive. Press the black coated stepped pyramid thumb slide up to open and down to close.

Handle: The aluminum flats are given a high-end satin finish before getting an all-over Black anodization. The contoured handle has smooth chamfered edges paired with strategically placed scallops and striking Gold Dunes inlays on either side. With markings on the spine and rear mounted screws, the knife retains a clean look. High traction stepped slide, integral lanyard hole and hardened steel glass breaker complete the construction. All hardware has been given a complimentary gold Titanium Nitride coating.

Carries via a right-hand DLC TItanium roller ball pocket clip.

CPM-Magnacut: Developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas of Knife Steel Nerds, Magnacut is designed to deliver balanced high-performance with high hardness (up to 65 Rc), similar toughness to CPM-4V, and corrosion resistance better than M390, similar to LC200N. Sharpening is relatively easy between CPM-154 and S35VN/S45VN. Magnacut is an excellent all-purpose steel.
