The Manticore-E is a mid-size, double action, out the front, automatic and the Everyday Carry solution in the Manticore line from Heretic Knives. Retaining the same countered 3D machined, aircraft grade aluminum handles, the Manticore-E offers a secure and comfortable grip with fast, smooth, double-action operation. This limited version comes with a tumbled Black DLC coated MagnaCut double edge blade with black ano handles and Ultem inlays on both the front and back. This one's a stunner!
CPM-Magnacut: Developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas of Knife Steel Nerds, Magnacut is designed to deliver balanced high-performance with high hardness (up to 65 Rc), similar toughness to CPM-4V, and corrosion resistance better than M390, similar to LC200N. Sharpening is relatively easy between CPM-154 and S35VN/S45VN. Magnacut is an excellent all-purpose steel.
