Hinderer Knives XM-18 3.5" Gen IV Wharncliffe Flipper in Orange 3D textured G10 is a precision-crafted hard-use tactical folder. The XM-18 sports a 3.5" CPM-20CV powder steel wharny-styled blade with a tumbled/stonewash finish. Rick's own 17-4PH state-of-the-art pivot system and dual thumb stud/flipper deployment create silky smooth operation. Precision CNC machined tumbled titanium lockside featuring the patented Hinderer Lockbar Stabilizer to prevent over-extension of the lock. A reversible tumbled titanium pocket clip is attached for tip-down or up carry. This XM-18 3.5" Wharny is brand new direct from Hinderer Knives.
About CPM-20CV: A highly wear resistant, powder metallurgy stainless tool steel, the steel contains a large volume of extremely hard vanadium carbides which provide excellent wear resistance. CPM-20CV contains the highest amount of chromium of any high-vanadium stainless steel currently available. The chromium-rich matrix provides outstanding corrosion resistance.
