The California Legal Exocet is a mini double action out-the-front automatic knife from Microtech that is friendly for everyday carry and doubles as a money clip thanks to the oversize pocket clip adding to the versatility of the design. The diminutive size is perfect for watch pocket or key ring carry. This version has an OD Green anodized aluminum handle and plain edge, Apocalyptic finished, CTS-204P Tanto blade.

Blade: A sub-2 inch blade of CTS-204P is delivered in Tanto profile with a single, razor sharp plain cutting edge. The blade provides premium performance with a blasted and tumbled Apocalyptic finish that hides wear from use while being discreetly non-reflective. A large cutout in the blade helps reduce the overall weight while the piercing Tanto offers excellent utility especially when cutting on flat surfaces. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.
Handle: An OD Green hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has rounded edges with strategically placed milling creating a comfortable, secure grip and a smooth pocket transition. An extra wide "money" pocket clip makes this a prime choice for gentleman's carry. Construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary Apocalyptic hardware, looped hole end-knocker and clip with individual serial number/date of production.
Carries via a right hand, tip-down, stainless steel deep carry clip.
CTS-204P: Carpenter CTS-204P (analog to Bohler M390 and CPM-20CV) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high carbide content for some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance while being relatively easy to sharpen. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives. Relatively high carbide volume and coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
