The Microtech Hera is a stylish out-the-front automatic similar in size and design to the standard Troodon with more dramatic, sweeping lines with deep chamfered edges, perfect for your daily carry collection. This version comes with a red hard anodized aluminum handle and stonewashed single edge clip point blade.

Blade: Premium stainless steel comes in a clip point profile with a single clean slicing plain edge. The utilitarian profile features blasted dual fullers for style with satin flats and rugged stonewashed grinds for a subtle two-tone finish. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the metal thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: The tough, lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum handle comes with a durable hard anodized finish. Deep chamfered edges and sweeping lines are stylish and comfortable, with strategic grid pattern edge jimping for traction in hand. Proprietary hardware completes the construction, with the handle spine marked with the date of production and serial number.

Carries via a right hand milled titanium clip with ceramic tension ball.

Blade steel is unmarked. It is likely one of the many high performance steels (i.e., M390, Elmax, 204P, etc.) used by Microtech knives.
