Blade: Equipped with a two-tone black Cerakote finish, the Tanto blade is made from high performance M390 stainless steel with a razor sharp plain cutting edge. Durable, poly-ceramic Cerakote in matte black is non-reflective and resists wear and corrosion while satin flats and spine offer a subtle contrast for visual appeal. Action is reliably fast and smooth thanks to the double action automatic mechanism. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.

Handle: A smooth, blue hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle has contoured edges for a comfortable feel in-hand and smooth transition in and out of your pocket. Several areas of machine-grooved texturing around the sides improve traction for a secure grip. Construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary black hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with individual serial number/date of production.
