The Microtech UTX-70 is 70% of the size of the standard Ultratech making this double action auto ideal for everyday carry. This "CA" version has a turquoise anodized handle and two-tone black CTS-204P, double edged blade with a California legal sub-2 inch blade length.

Blade: Equipped with a two-tone black Cerakote finish, the double edge blade has dual plain cutting edges. Made from premium CTS-204P stainless steel the dagger-like blade offers twice the cutting edge for the same length. Dual fullers and satin offer added visual appeal while the fine point enhances piercing and control for fine work. The sub-2 inch blade features a double action mechanism for smooth and fast operation. Simply move the thumb slide on the side of the handle up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to reduce wear.
Handle: Smooth, hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum has rounded edges creating a comfortable feel in-hand and smooth transition in and out of your pocket. The UTX-70 is slimmer than the Ultratech or UTX-85 allowing it to be carried in a watch pocket or shirt pocket as well as via the clip. The handle's construction is completed with Microtech's proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with individual serial number/date of production.
Carries via a right hand, tip-down, stainless steel deep carry clip.
CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, CTS-204P has some of the highest edge retention and corrosion resistance available. CTS-204P is similar in performance to CPM-20CV and Bohler's M390.
