Northfield UN-X-LD #23 pattern with Burnt Stag handles by Great Eastern Cutlery. Also known as a Pioneer Jack pattern, this knife features two 1095 carbon steel blades which were frozen forged and hammer tested before being polished to a satin finish. The handle is made of burnt stag with the traditional Northfield UN-X-LD pinned shield, nickel silver bolsters and brass liners and pins. These come in a unique tube packaging with company information on the front.
