Northfield Cutlery #57 pattern with Burnt Stag handles by Great Eastern Cutlery. Also known as a Halfwhitt, this knife features two 1095 carbon steel blades which were frozen forged and hammer tested before receiving a polished finish. The handle is made of burnt stag with a traditional UN-X-LD nickel silver shield, pinched bolsters with brass liners and pins.
