Blade: The utilitarian drop point blade is made of hand-forged and hand-shaped H.C.V. Damascus with a full height, shallow hollow grind that offers durability and cutting performance in spades. Hidden tang construction offers balance and strength with a sharpening relief grind for ease of maintenance. The Serial Number 4689 is stamped on back of the blade tang.

Handle: Contoured, and polished Karelian Birch handles fill the palm and exhibit a handsome burl like figuring with exceptional depth. Dual Damascus finger guards and pommel end deliver a solid balance in the hand, elevating the overall style. Well-balanced and comfortable in hand the Suna is a truly capable cutting tool.

Sheath: Includes high quality black leather sheath with drop loop, frog closure and Olamic Cutlery logo on the front.

Olamic Damascus: High Carbon Vanadium Damascus, or H.C.V.D. for short, Olamic Cutlery's Damascus is forged in-house from a proprietary four-steel mix based on O1 and 52100. Most blades are 300-400 layers with a Rockwell hardness of 57-58 HRC. Small traces of Vanadium and Molybdenum produce impeccable carbide bonds resulting in a hard cutting edge and rugged flexibility.
