The Olamic Cutlery Utility Skinner is a design that lives up to its name. This knife has a big bellied skinner blade made from Olamic's High Carbon Vanadium Damascus for the full tang blade and has comfortable and ergonomic Carbon Fiber scales with white pinstripe G10 and wood liners. This is a hefty tool that is comfortable in a variety of grips thanks to the neutral handle design and offers excellent, utilitarian cutting performance with a high hollow grind and clip point swedge.

Blade: The skinner blade is made from a solid piece of Olamic's proprietary High Carbon Vanadium Damascus (HCVD) steel which has been heat treated for exceptional edge retention and durability. The shallow hollow grind provides excellent slicing performance while the clip point swedge delivers a powerful reinforced tip for piercing. The blade has plenty of belly for skinning work but still offers a good profile for general work. The straight spine is flat for comfort during use and a solid platform for batoning.

Handle: Smooth, polished Carbon Fiber handles are attached to the full tang over contrasting white pinstripe G10 liners and handsome wood liners for a striking look. The handle is contoured and ergonomic with a gentle taper from the finger cutout to the pommel that offers a solid and secure grip in multiple positions. The finger cutout creates an integral guard while a small flat area in front of the guard allows a grip closer to the blade for fine work. An aluminum tube is provided at the pommel for lanyard attachment.

Sheath: Includes a high quality, stitched black leather sheath with embossed Olamic Cutlery logo and drop loop for belt carry.
