The Otha Custom Knives Necker is a rugged and compact daily carry companion ideal for utility or defensive use. The small footprint of this fixed blade makes it discreet to carry and fast to deploy with a simple, streamline design. This version comes with a satin finished drop point 5160 carbon steel blade and in-house made Dragon Skin acrylic handle scales.

Blade: With over 2 inches of plain cutting edge the utilitarian drop point blade delivers powerful piercing and slicing balanced with good durability thanks to the ultra tough 5160 spring steel construction and high saber grind. A spine swedge grind delivers a robust point for piercing and fine work. Two-tone satin finished 5160 offers a stylish look and easy to maintain razor edge. Clean and oil well to prevent corrosion.

Handle: Contoured and tapered Dragon Skin acrylic handle scales are securely attached to the full tang with Torx screws for a solid handle that is comfortable and secure in the hand. The Dragon Skin acrylic offers plenty of visual appeal with a subtle texture for added traction. A deep choil and tapered pommel lock the knife in a solid three finger grip while offering multiple grip options for added versatility.

Carries via a custom molded Kydex sheath. Includes two belt loops and neck lanyard.

5160 Spring Steel: AISI 5160 is a high carbon and chromium alloy steel. Commonly used for heavy-duty leaf springs in the automotive industry, 5160 offers excellent toughness and high ductility. 5160 performs well in a wide range of hardness, usually in the upper 50s for knives needing more edge holding.
