Blade: Fully flat ground, the straight spine clip point has a sweeping belly and fine point for versatility and performance. Equipped with a handsome satin finish, CPM-S45VN stainless steel offers balanced performance with enhanced sharpening response. Riding smooth on phosphor bronze washers, the over-sized Spyderco RoundHole allows for easy ambidextrous operation even while wearing gloves. Full serrations make short work of tough, fibrous materials while allowing for clean slicing.

Handle: Textured black G10 handle scales, an industrial fiber glass composite laminate, are tough, lightweight, and nearly impervious to decomposition and moisture. Nested and skeletonized stainless-steel liners reduce weight while maintaining a high level of strength. One liner forms the Compression Lock mechanism, which is easy to operate with either hand and has an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
