Description:
The Camel Back Congress is a two-blade traditional with some great utility and good looks. A sheepsfoot is the main cutting blade, but it's backed up by a handy pen blade, both made from easy-to-sharpen 1095 carbon steel. Smoked Amber Acrylic scales are deep and rich while being lightweight. The Tidioute shield and nickle silver bolsters add to the traditional charm. A great addition to the collection or the pocket, the Camel Back Congress will serve you well.
1095 Carbon Steel: Popular, simple carbon steel used extensively by production and custom knife makers. Low abrasive wear (edge retention) due to low carbide content and easy to sharpen to a fine edge. Not corrosion resistant and will rust without proper care. Some makers use a differential heat treat process which delivers a harder edge and tougher spine for enhanced performance.
