TOPS Bird and Trout Knife

The TOPS Bird and Trout knife was designed by Allen Jensen, an avid outdoorsman and survival enthusiast. This versatile knife has multiple handle holds for cleaning fish or skinning. The blade shape features a broad belly and a "Nesmuk Hump". By placing the index finger behind the blade and the thumb on the handle notch, the blade can easily skin even tough hides like bear and beaver. Used with a conventional grip, the knife will also see camp kitchen duty and the stainless steel construction will give years of service even in a harsh wet environment. Includes stitched leather sheath with snap release belt loop.
