The C.A.T. or Covert Anti-Terrorism series from TOPS features versatile, capable, easy to carry fixed blade that make a great backup in any situation and handles everything from defense to utility in urban or outdoor environments. This Tanto version has a black traction coated carbon steel blade and Rocky Mountain Bull's-eye textured red and black G10 handle scales.

Blade: At over three inches in length the black traction coated 1095 carbon steel blade offers plenty of edge to handle utility and defensive tasks in any environment. The Tanto profile has enhanced tip strength for piercing and works well for cutting on flat surfaces. The non-reflective black coating offers some corrosion resistance and makes the knife discreet in use.

Handle: The slim, tall handle offers a full grip while being low-profile in carry. Black steel fasteners attach the G10 scales over contrasting liners for classic TOPS style. The nonabrasive Rocky Mountain Bull's-eye tread offers solid traction and showcases the layered G10 with finger grooves for security and control.

Sheath: Carries via a Kydex sheath with removable spring clip.

1095 Carbon Steel: A simple, extensively used carbon steel with low edge retention and corrosion resistance. Easy to sharpen to a fine edge, TOPS utilizes a differential heat treat (harder edge, softer spine) for better performance.
