Zero Tolerance 0022CU Copper Limited Edition Flipper

The Zero Tolerance 0022CU in Copper is a compact, high performance flipper ideally suited to office, dress and daily carry. The 0022CU brings this bantam folder to market as a Factory Special Series limited production run with a stonewashed CPM-20CV blade, matching titanium frame, sliver hardware and brushed raw copper front.

Brand new, direct from Zero Tolerance. 

Blade: Small and powerful the sub-2 inch clip point has fast, smooth flipper deployment on the KVT bearing pivot. The flipper doubles as a guard when open protecting against slippage onto the razor sharp 20CV blade. A high saber grind offers balanced performance with a spine swedge delivering a fine point for piercing. Jimping on the spine adds traction while the stonewashed finish hides wear from use.

Handle: Deep finger grooves provide a secure two finger grip with chamfered edges for comfort. The front scale is raw brushed copper that will develop a unique patina over time and gives the knife a solid heft. A titanium slab forms the integral frame lock with a steel lock face insert for longevity and smooth operation. Matching the titanium pivot collar a single silver barrel spacer joins the handles and allows for inline lanyard attachment.

Carries via a reversible stainless steel pocket clip.

CPM-20CV: CPM-20CV (analog to M390 and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. Relatively easy to sharpen, the coarse microstructure gives this steel lower toughness.
