Zero Tolerance 0512DL Olive Micarta CRU-WEAR Crossbar Lock Knife (3.45" Blade)

The Zero Tolerance 0512 Duralock swaps the auto button for a thumb stud and crossbar lock. Its tough CruWear blade swings out quick on ball bearings, and olive Micarta keeps a sure grip through a long day of work.

• CruWear Blade in Working Finish - CRU-WEAR is a premium tool steel, tougher than most stainless steels, that holds an edge and sharpens easily. The Working Finish is bead blasted, heavily tumbled and coated in clear Cerakote, leaving a matte surface.
• Olive Micarta Handle - Both faces of the handle are coarse, open-weave olive canvas Micarta, fastened over tumbled stainless steel liners. Standoffs space the liners along an open back, and a lanyard hole passes through the rear of the handle.
• DuraLock Crossbar & KVT Ball Bearings - Thumb studs on both sides of the blade open it on KVT ball bearings. The DuraLock is the KAI crossbar lock, a solid steel bar that passes through both sides of the handle and engages the blade tang. Pulling the bar back from either side releases the blade to fold.
• Reversible Stainless Deep-Carry Clip - Two mounting points let the stainless steel clip ride on either side of the handle. Paired with thumb studs on both sides of the blade and the DuraLock, the clip makes the 0512DL fully ambidextrous.

The Zero Tolerance 0512DL

Zero Tolerance designed the 0512 in house as a premium work knife for hard cutting. A stout clip point puts a fine tip up front for detail work and a broad belly behind it for long slicing strokes. The handle fills the whole hand, and its canvas Micarta adds traction under the fingers. ZT builds it at its Tualatin, Oregon factory, and the thick spine easily stands up to jobs like slicing zip ties and breaking down pallet wrap.
