A perfect outdoor companion, the Hunt Series Flyway from Benchmade is a compact caping knife with high performance SelectEdge and quality American construction. The thin, scalpel like drop point is ideal when control is key with forward jimping for traction. With a full size contoured handle and full tang construction, the Flyway makes a great lightweight utility and hunting knife. The Flyway comes with a stonewashed CPM-154 blade and hi-viz orange G10 handles.

Blade: The sub-3 inch blade is full flat ground with a 14-degree SelectEdge for exceptional slicing performance. Easy to maintain, the CPM-154 stainless-steel blade comes with a rugged stonewashed finish that hides wear from use and spine jimping for added control.

Handle: The full tang construction supports contoured, high visibility orange G10 scales that make the knife comfortable to use and easy to find in the field. Large scallops on the spine enhance traction, and black stainless hardware allows the handles to be removed for cleaning when necessary.

Carries via a molded orange and black Boltron polymer sheath.

CPM-154: A particle metallurgy (PM) version of Crucible 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process. A great all-around blade steel, CPM-154 has D2 level edge retention, AEB-L level corrosion resistance and comparable toughness to other PM stainless steels with ease of sharpening/finishing.
