LionSteel Knives
LionSteel Knives come out of Maniago, Italy, where the Pauletta family made their name milling integral handles from one solid titanium or aluminum billet, and they hold every knife to a tight, repeatable fit and finish. That same fit and finish carries into their frame locks, EDC folders, and the fixed blade knives built for the outdoors, covering pocket carry and hard field work alike.
LionSteel Company History
LionSteel started in 1969 in Maniago, Italy, founded by Gino Pauletta and run today by his sons Daniele, Gianni, and Massimo. In 2010 they built the SR-1, the first production folder with a fully integral titanium handle, and that single-block SOLID method became their signature, carried on today in models like the SR-22. Every knife is made in-house in Maniago, held to tolerances of tenths of a millimeter, with multiple Blade Show awards to show for it.
