This Microtech LUDT RAM-LOK is a manual folder in OD Green frag aluminum, with a stonewashed M390MK blade and a Microtech crossbar lock. The machined handle pattern grips firmly, and the blade slices boxes and rope cleanly.

• Stonewash M390MK Drop Point Blade - M390MK is Bohler M390 blended for Microtech, a premium stainless that holds an edge a long way and shrugs off rust. The grind runs flat from spine to edge under a tumbled stonewash finish that hides scuffs and wear.
• Frag-Pattern OD Green Scales & Steel Liners - The frag pattern is machined straight into hard-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum itself, leaving a deep, smooth-edged surface that adds traction without biting.
• Thumb-Stud Action & RAM-LOK Lockup - Thumb studs mount on both sides of the blade and the pivot turns on bearings. The blade opens smooth and locks up solid with a snap with a coil spring driving the RAM-LOK bar and X-button pads on either side of the spine release it.
• Stainless Steel Reversible Clip & Common Torx Hardware - The stainless clip carries tip-up and moves to the other side of the handle. The knife is ambidextrous and uses common Torx screws for pivot adjustment or a clip swap.

The Microtech LUDT RAM-LOK

The Microtech LUDT RAM-LOK is the first LUDT to arrive as a manual folder. The name stands for Large Underwater Demolition Team and the handle shape and the ergonomics remain unchanged. Microtech opened in 1994 with the UDT, a knife built to open underwater, and the LUDT scaled it up, still made in the USA. The grind stays thin enough behind the edge that food prep falls inside its range as comfortably as cardboard does.
