Rivery Zero V2 Original Pattern Brass Manual OTF Utility Knife (2.68" Closed)

Tumbled brass and the Original Pattern milling make up this Rivery Zero V2, a pocket-size manual OTF utility knife. It carries a little heavier than the aluminum builds, and comes with a replaceable razor blade that snaps back on a spring.

• Manual Open & Spring-Loaded Close - A push on the lid runs the blade out and locks it there solid. Pull the lid back and the key and spring pull it back crisply. Beware, the fidget factor for these is real and they are quite addicting.
• Original Pattern Body in Tumbled Brass - The radiating pattern milling leaves a light, even texture with some depth for the hand. Brass carries heavier than the aluminum builds and will darken into a patina as it is handled.
• Replaceable SK5 Utility Blade - Standard SK5 utility blades drop straight in, and the V2 blade holder is cut to a wider angle so it takes a broad range including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Stanley, Titan and Workpro. A dull edge gets swapped rather than sharpened.
• Screwless Body with Tool-Free Teardown - The body is held together by its own machined fit, so it separates and reassembles in bare hands. The carriage and bearing surface are built to be serviced the same way, and the springs and internals are catalogued as replacement parts.

The Rivery Zero V2

Engineer Michael Sayers designed the Rivery Zero V2 around a body with no screws in it, three machined pieces held together by geometry alone. Rivery Manufacturing cuts them in a small shop in Sevierville, Tennessee. Closed up, the knife reads as a plain metal block, a non-aggressive shape which will not attract unwanted attention the way a typical folder does. The V2 revision reworked the blade holder and carriage and kept the bearing surfaces simple enough to pull apart and clean by hand.
