Chuck Hawes

Chuck Hawes has been crafting custom knives full-time since 1995, working from his shop in the small town of Weldon, Illinois. Known for his exceptional skill in forging his own Damascus steel, Chuck takes pride in creating each knife by hand, one at a time. While many collectors admire his work, he designs his knives to be used, as evidenced through the attention to detail he puts into every piece. Chuck is widely known for his traditional folding knives but he also makes a range of other blades, including EDC fixed blades, hunting knives, and bowies.
